Monica was excellent in telling us what was going on with both our properties as we were trying to sell them. She would assess the issue and advise us on the best course of action. She would send pictures and be descriptive so we could understand the whole situation (she helped us sell our rental properties in a state in which we don't live). She also is extremely knowledgeable the commercial market, how to sell properties to investors and ways to get the most out of your sale. I would highly recommend Mo! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor!”
